The Muslim Circle of Canada (MCC) is a sociocultural, religious, educational and not-for-profit organization. MCC offers services and programs designed to promotion educational, spiritual and social development of Muslim individuals and families mainly. Its engagement and service has a broader base in the Canadian society irrespective of faith and background. MCC’s belief rooted in Islamic creeds of Allah, the only God and Muhammad (PBUH) as the final messenger of Allah. It is inspired by the messages of Prophet (PBUH). Its endeavor dedicated to proper understanding of Islam in terms of divine faith, social justice, balanced lifestyle and constructive engagement.
MCC offers a holistic approach of Islam within the multicultural Canadian Society. It believes in personal development of every individual is the key to social development. MCC respects all faiths and Canadian traditions, institutions and values. It focuses on a holistic, balanced and involved understanding of Islam among the Canadian Muslims.
Muslim Circle of Canada serves Canadian society at large through its own initiatives and as well as positive engagement with others. It inspires all people to uphold values of justice, law, values of faith and cooperation that is relevant to Canadian Society.
In response to this belief and conviction, the Organization working within the vast land of Canada is called Muslim Circle of Canada (MCC). This religious Organization came into being through a delegate meeting held in Toronto in June 2005.

FUNDAMENTAL CREED OF THIS ORGANIZATION (AQIDAH):
“There is no deity but Allah, Muhammad (PBUH) is the messenger of Allah.”

BASIC PRINCIPLE:
The Qura’n and Sunnah [the tradition] of the Prophet (PBUH) will be given the optimum preference above everything for this organization in all of its decisions and agenda.

Aim and Objective:
To attain the pleasure of Allah – the Almighty Creator –by practicing Islam and social development.

AGENDA:
There are four elements that distinguish MCC’s Identity. MCC leadership and members shall confirm their commitment and faithfulness to the elements of identity.
(1) Invitation
To call the people to submit to the will of Creator by means of all possible ways and to motivate Muslims to perform their duties of being witness unto mankind by their practices.
(2) Organization and Education
To organize those who agree to work for this cause in the discipline of MCC and to provide educational and training programs to increase Islamic knowledge, to enrich character, and to grow skills of all those who are connected with MCC.
(3) Social Service and Justice
To develop morality and to advocate elimination of all kinds of oppressions, to support the efforts for socio-economic justice and civil liberties in the society, to reinforce the bond of humanity by serving all those in need anywhere across Canada.
(4) Culture and Research
To research Canadian culture and to accommodate Canadian Muslims into its multi-cultural activities.
